This park has dirt biking trails. Bikes can use the lower trails (#58) shared with hikers. Bikes are not allowed above Jacobs Crosscut Trail.
The park has added a new "Mountain Bike Trail" that is 4-5 miles of singletrack that circles the CG and picnic areas. It also connects with the NF trails.
From Phoenix take US-60 E to exit 196 onto AZ 88 E/Idaho Rd. Take a left onto S Idaho Rd, follow it to AZ-88E/N Apache Trail and turn right.
